This Onboarding Plan is designed for us to get familiar with each other, explain the process, and to ensure that you're clear on next steps.
We'll go first.....
THE PROCESS:
How it works
We'll now take a look at the 6-step process for our 'PAINT IT FORWARD' initiative.

01 SELECT
Congratulations! You're locked in for our 'PAINT IT FORWARD' initiative.
Onboarding Plan commences, which is where you are right now.
02 ESTIMATE
Once you complete the form below this 6-step process, we'll begin scheduling onsite (at your WFH space) estimations for each participating employee. We meet you in-person, take a look at your WFH space, snap some 'BEFORE' photos and discuss design options.
03 DESIGN
We then start on your custom WFH space design to transform, revitalise, and complement your existing decor. We'll send you through via email a tailored Statement of Work based on our estimation meeting for you to accept.
04 TRANSFORM
Ditch the dull! We'll schedule dates with each employee and commence works to transform each WFH space - fresh, vibrant, inviting, productive, energising, and rejuvenated!
05 CELEBRATE
Project completed and all employees with smiles on their faces -Â wellbeing, morale, positivity, and productivity boosted! We'll activate a co-branded promotional campaign and ask for your feedback.
06 REPEAT
Wellbeing and mental health matters for all employees! We'll work with your organisation to develop a plan ensuring all employees are valued, respected, and supported in all life stages.
